Tiny Monsters Lurking in the Pond! An NPS Evening Program
05.09.25| 6:30PM
Join Us for our Second Saturday Sweep: Chattahoochee Community Cleanup! Each month, Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy hosts a cleanup at one of the park units along Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. It is a great way to explore more of the beautiful 66 miles of trails and 48 miles of river the National Park Service protects. Help us protect and preserve the beauty of the Chattahoochee River by participating in this community cleanup effort! We will begin our day by meeting in the parking lot of the Oxbo Rd entrance at 2 PM. We will walk as a group across the bridge to pick up trash along the water and trail of the Vickery Creek Unit. All necessary supplies will be provided, including trash pickers, gloves, and trash bags. This cleanup takes place in a hiking environment, so please wear appropriate clothes and sturdy shoes suitable for outdoor activities.
We recommend:
