TPL MLK Week of Service: Chattahoochee RiverLands
01.16.25| 9:00AM
Join Trust for Public Land and our community partners as we honor Dr. King’s legacy with five days of service along the Chattahoochee RiverLands, from Chattahoochee Hills to the West Atlanta watersheds and Mableton. There’s something for everyone to do!
On Saturday, January 18th, 2025, we will be co-hosting a service event with Mableton Improvement Coalition, River Line Historic Area and Birds Georgia at the RiverLands Showcase site (the Showcase Site includes Discovery Park at the River Line and RiverLands Gateway Park). Participants will have the option to participate in habitat restoration and invasive plant removal with Birds Georgia’s Habitat Team or trash clean-up with Mableton Improvement Coalition and River Line Historic Society leading volunteer groups at either end of the Showcase site.
