Sub-Area 1: The Suburban Parklands

The Suburban Parklands (Sub-Area 1) includes 15 park units within the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area (CRNRA), and the largest number of public river access points. Land use patterns reveal large areas of low-density residential land use, forests, and the largest area of publicly accessible open space.
